David is the best person ever!! He took the time to explain to me how the system works, made sure we had a great signal/connection, and even stayed at our home till 7 PM working on getting the app working! I switched to this company from Alert360 and WOW at the difference is all I can say! I am a very happy customer knowing my home is properly protected and I have David to call if any issues go wrong (instead of a 1800#). If you are looking for an alarm company this one is it!! I would highly recommend them.
