I have a house that is over 100 years old. When I needed to replace my front door window I called ASAP. They came out the next day and had some wonderful suggestions for replacement. I also mentioned a very large original pulley window that needed to be replaced but we were afraid of the cost due to its size. Well they gave me some options and then sent me an estimate. I was tickled pink! Because of their pricing we were able to replace both windows for far less then we ever dreamed of. It did take some time tfor the windows to come in because they were not standard size and with all the COVID

I had the glass in my picture window replaced and today had a full glass storm door/w screen. installed by ASAP Glass. These guys are great. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me how to take out the glass and put in the screen. And offered to come back if I have issues with changing out the glass. I guarantee you will not be disappointed in their work and the quality of their products. Give them a call.

I would recommend ASAP to anyone looking for replacement windows! I called these guys to replace two windows. I didn’t know anything about windows but after talking to someone there, I went with Energy King windows. I can’t say enough good things about the new windows. They are “energy efficient” and having them installed made a noticeable difference in the room temperature. Seriously. They are easy to operate and came with a lifetime warranty—even on glass breakage. (Let’s hope I never need to worry about that). Bottom line is I’m happy with this purchase and sure glad the staff

I have always had an excellent experience with ASAP. I’m a repeat customer and have gotten a beautiful Larson storm door, got an Energy King sliding door and a dozen Energy King window, and have also gotten glass blocks which have really brightened up my basement. ASAP do a wonderful job installing their products and take great care to leave everything clean when they leave. They offer great products and great service so I would highly recommend them to anyone.

At the beginning of the pandemic we had a Larson AMERICAN-MADE storm door installed. Love it! There was a few week delay in delivery from the factory but totally worth the wait. Roll down screen moves easily to adjust air flow. No more swapping screen & storm window seasonally. It’s a heavier well-made door. More expensive than a box store but far superior and with a 10 year warranty. Highly recommend!

Horrible.... The "owner" showed up to do an estimate on 2 shower doors and a window. We have not received the estimate after waiting 2 weeks. we have called a number of times with no response. He seemed to have quite a line of "hooha" as well. Talked about customer service and how he shined above the other local company. Do not waste your time. I will not get a call back, and we will go with Western NY Glass.
