We live in an age of ever-increasing specialization. That is true of law firms as well, including this one. However, our path to specialization was different than most.
Our business-centric practice evolved from the multi-disciplinary background of our founder and namesake, Brent M. Burningham, who acquired his expertise through a variety of practice settings, including in-house corporate legal departments, a major metropolitan "Big-4" tax consulting practice, and a traditional law firm environment.

In some cases, following full disclosure and client authorization, the firm may act as general counsel, functioning as the dedicated provider of company legal and corporate governance services, and as necessary coordinating the delivery of legal services through its network of special or local counsel associated for that purpose.
We have meeting locations conveniently located in Davis County and Salt Lake County. Davis County meeting locations are situated in Kaysville off US I-15 at the 200 North, Kaysville exit, also easily accessible from US Hwy 89 and the Legacy Parkway, and in Bountiful directly off US I-15 at the 500 South, Bountiful exit.

Left hand, right hand? The Pros are, he seems to know what he is talking about and has a long resume in the business. He listens well and is polite and did not charge me anymore than he said he would. Cons, he took longer than i thought he needed and wrote a short summary and opinion that cost me $500. I was expecting more. In the end the job got done, could of been more timely and detailed. His fees are more than others I've called. Would i use him again? Maybe. Attorney was Brent Burningham.
