This travel agent took our $300 non refundable deposit ( which should have been the first red flag ) and then went on to become so obnoxious, rude, abusive and unprofessional that we had to end our involvement with her. We're now out $300, had to cancel whatever plans were made, start from scratch and possibly jeopardize our whole trip. This woman got on the phone with my wife and then myself, screaming, yelling, and sounding like an absolute maniac. Our big sin was having an ill parent which caused us to delay planning our trip.
