This is how all businesses should operate. Roger was amazing, responsive, answered all my questions and even saved me from paying his emergency rate and saved my fridge food from spoiling. My experience with him will surely sour me on any other service calls, as few go above and beyond as he did. To top it off, his rates were beyond reasonable. Thanks again Roger!!

After calling multiple businesses for emergency electrical work, Roger was the first person who could come over the same day. He was at my house within 45 minutes, and identify the problem quickly. He was able to fix everything, plus other issues we have been neglecting. He was done with the main project in under an hour, but there was a 2 hour minimum so he offered to fix the other things since we had time.

Recently I called upon Roger to troubleshoot an AC condenser issue I'd been having. I had consulted 2 separate HVAC companies, who gave 2 separate "diagnoses" and outrageous quotes over $1000... I knew something was fishy as I did my own research (YouTube, haha) and was reasonably confident it was a much simpler issue.
Rodger offered to come and check it out, no strings attached

Roger saved us!! We were hosting a party and our lights went out half an hour before guests were to arrive. It was a technical issue and a some wires burnt. Roger rushed right over and fixed the issue right on time! Nobody noticed thanks to him! We also appreciated that he was upfront with pricing over the phone and did not overcharge at all. I'm not experienced with Electricians and don't know what qualifies as good work. I do know he was easy to work with; provided the kind of detailed information about regulations, etc., that made him more trustworthy in my eyes; and that those who look at his finished work are impressed. I called about a power issue I was having and Roger said he could be at my house in just an hour. While waiting for him I was able to figure out the issue on my own and called him back. I offered to give him some money for his troubles but he declined and let me know I could call him anytime I had an issue. Seems like a great businessman and will definitely reach out when I need him.

I don't know what it means by BBB in favor of. All I know is that BBB got my money back for me. I did get a visit from the city inspector that someone reported I have an illegal steam generator in my bathroom. Umm??? I wonder who would know that..?? Good thing everything was up to code and legal.

NofixNoPay. Roger wasn't able to fixed the issue from our initial diagnostic for about two hours due to time constraints and other variables, but proposed a reasonable and safe solution to my issue on the first day. I payed him for his labor only which is reasonable.
The following day he was able to fix the issue with additional tools and refunded my payment from the previous day and applied a safe fix.
I enjoyed his company and also fixing the issue immediately with short notice. I wouldn't hesitate giving Roger a call to at least get a diagnosis of your issue as he's very knowledgeable
