Great shop! I had to bring my Spyder over on a Saturday from Helena for service. They were very accommodating, even though their service department was closed. Left my Spyder there for a week and needed to pick it up on a Sunday. Lucas from the Service Department came into the shop, even though they were closed so, that I could pick it up on Sunday. Lucas communicated with me several times that week regarding what I was needing done. Great communication. I was very happy and impressed by the whole experience. This place made me go Polaris on snow because of the whole experience . Go in on a Saturday talk to Salesman about two sleds told him I wanted the used one that rolled out on Saturday while I was there. I told him I will let him know financing Monday . There closed so I email him at 5pm that I was clear! Never hear back from him till 5pm the next day couldn't answer work called back 30 min or so later no answer. Call him again the next day he tells me someone bought my sled on tues evening with earnest money which is what my sales man said made him feel pushy . So I am pissed because

I first stepped in here to look at a bike I wasn't that interested in, but wanted to look before I searched the rear of the state. Great looking showroom and took mere moments before someone asked if I needed help. When I pointed out the bike he said he wasn't the expert and then immediately grabbed the guy that helped me. Alex was awesome. I'm more or less brand new to riding and he was super cool showing me things on the bike and answering any and all questions without judgement. He gave me the good and bad about the bike for me personally and what I planned to do. Fell in love

I called Elevated Power Sports on Aug.28-2018 @ 2:30 pm to make a service appointment to schedule for 9:am on 9-18-2018. No problem he says bring it in and we will have you on the schedule first thing that day. I informed him I am from Bozeman, which is about two and half hours from Elevated Power Sports and explained to him I am a very very dis-satisfied customer of Summit Sports here in Bozeman and hopefully I would be satisfied with their service. As I have experienced yesterday here at Elevated Power Sports I am shocked, dismayed and very very disappointed at the service treatment I received

The staff at Elevated Powersports were great to work with. After making a decission to buy 2 new quads, these guys were always helpful and patient with me. Allen was able to save me a chunk of money by working with me through the promotions that Can Am had to offer. I now have 2 new quads and my wife and i are ready to ride. Many thanks you guys.
