Went here because reviews where overwhelmingly great. So brought my saw here before christmas for a cheap carb intake bypass. Called a few weeks later was told "if i havnt called you its not done" then hung up. Called back three months later and was told " it needed more parts" going into April ive purchased a new saw elsewhere as i rely entirely on wood heat and am counting my last saw as a 100% loss.

Very knowledgeable. The guy you talk to is the owner, and does all the repair work - not just a salesperson. He helped me pick out what will serve me best for how I'll use my saw. I've gotten recommendations from 2 tree care professionals to buy my equipment through JT's, and I'm glad I did.
He also sells all manner of other Husqvarna equipment - trimmers, blowers, mowers, etc. I love my Husqvarna tools and will be going back for more.
