No show. Unprofessional. I scheduled a day & time with the owner. The morning of, I checked my Yelp messages, just in case. He had sent one asking "Are we still schedule for today?" I replied saying yes (several hours before the scheduled cleaning). No one ever showed up. I waited 20 minutes, sent several messages, and nothing. I even left a key and note outside my door-- I had to leave because I was late after waiting for FRB maintenance. I sent another message. Nothing. The NEXT DAY he sent me a Yelp message saying he text me to confirm and I didn't respond. No he did not.

FRB Maintenance is fantastic. Oscar is incredible. I needed to have my old sections sofa, an area rug, and padding I needed to be disposed of. I got quotes from 4 other hauling companies that were outrageous and Oscar was by far the most reasonable. They arrive exactly at the time we discussed. Oscar was very nice and professional and quick. They were in and out of here in a matter of minutes. I will most definitely use him again. Keep up the good work Oscar.

Oscar was AMAZING. He went above and beyond. First off, he totally accommodated my timeline and I had a huge "snafu" with my U-Haul truck where I actually set off the sprinkler system at my complex and he was already waiting for me and didn't realise that it was me that had caused the accident but he saw some people in need of help and he was helping them unbeknownst it was me the whole while. Super nice and professional. I would recommend him and his services to anyone. He really helped me out of a difficult situation and removed my couch. He's the best.
