I am co-owner of MedPro Billing & Consulting. My business partner and I found the process of finding and interviewing new employees particularly challenging. Kyle helped us bring in the best candidates and facilitated all interviews. I have never been on either side of an interview that was conducted as well or provided a better assessment of the candidate. Kyle creates a relaxed but professional atmosphere that makes the candidate feel comfortable and is conducive to communication.
