Helping Hands Caregivers is a free standing personal care agency that serves Northeast Wisconsin. We provide activities of daily living (ADL) assistance, supportive care and companionship services to support independence, freedom and quality of life for individuals that want to remain in the comfort of their own home.

In addition to affordability, Helping Hands Caregivers offers flexibility - flexible packages, that is, that allow you greater freedom when choosing the hours you'd like us to be available for your loved one's care. In other words, we can offer a package that addresses your family's specific caregiving needs, by offering you flexible hourly packages that conform to your schedule.
After reading the information provided on the services you are seeking, we hope you'll consider scheduling an assessment with our competent staff. They will be able to help you formulate the caregiving plan that best suits the needs of you or your loved one. Our Caregivers have experience in working with personal cares and are all overseen by Registered Nurses and our clients vary in age from grade school to end of life.
Helping Hands Caregivers provides a free, no obligation in-home cares assessment. This in-your-home consultation will allow a member of our Client Care Coordinators to best determine the right service that will best fit you or your loved one's needs. Our team will work with both the client and family members to best find an appropriate service level which will accommodates the client's needs and desire.
At Helping Hands we provide greater independence and peace of mind, in the place that you feel most comfortable - your own home. Our Medical Alert Devices take the stress and concern out of "What would happen if I physically couldn't get to the phone?" By Using our medical alert wristband, pendent or base station, you can be assured that at a press of a button a helping voice will immediately check on your status, and if required dispatch an EMT.
During the initial assessment, many family members express to us their loved one's apprehension for outside caregiving. Often, we hear that the individual who requires care is under the impression that he/she is being coerced into transitioning to a separate living facility. From the moment we sit down to discuss your caregiving needs, we are upfront about the services we provide and the way we provide them.

I do love this job and client. The nurses are great as well. I just don't like the app to clock in and out. I have been having trouble with that saying im clocked in/out then receive messages saying I have not.Any other employees have this issue? If so what have you done to fix it.. Other that great place to work or have care for.

Highly recommend Helping Hands Caregivers. They go above and beyond for not only their employees but for their clients as well. They respond in a very timely manner, and the staff is always very helpful when you have any questions or concerns. The nurses are all so kind & are always super polite. Helping Hands has been a blessing for my mother, she has the comfort of staying in her own home and still have her own independence while knowing she is safe all because of this wonderful place.

I have been employed by Helping Hands for almost 4 years. Rebecca Swenson drove th Shawano and had my interview here for my convenience. I recently took on another client and was in the home for intaje interview. Very professional with clients and myself. Lori Fredrich is a fantastic emplyee and a great person to communicate with when I have questions about my clients.
This past year I have been ill and have missed a lot of work. The staff at Helping Hands have been very supportive. I don't get any hassle when I need to take off for Dr's apps I also feel the prayers and well wishing as I continue

I deal with Helping hands on a regular basis and everyone I talk to from the COO- Linda Bova to Rebecca Swanson to the receptionist and they all are kind and supportive and helpful. My dad is in fantastic care with this company. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for assistance taking care of their loved one.

My mom is 87 years old and has a multitude of issues physically and financially. Through various channels the Helping Hands Caregivers came into my mom's life and they are angels on earth, a total blessing to my entire family. With all my heart I would like to thank this company, especially Susan Beaudo and her assistant.
