My well stopped working called the office and in 2 hours they had a technician arrive. Jessie was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about wells.
He did a great job replaced pressure switch and relief valve.

Called Heritage well at 7:30 when they opened do you have them check my well which had stopped working.Chris and Myron responded to to the house no more than an hour later. Both Chris and Myron were very professional and knowledgeable about everything they were doing as well as other questions I had about our well. They took their time and did great work!

Heritage Well responded quickly to my “no water” emergency. It turns out that the problem was caused by a suicidal bug damaging the electronics - LOL. Chris, the technician, quickly analyzed and fixed the problem. He also made a few additional requested services and provided useful information for the care of an old well. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Haritage Well.
