Mike and his team were great to work with during our 10 day summer vacation in Ketchum! Very responsive! Sun Valley Condo #164 was very well maintained. The upstairs loft was a perfect space for our 3 boys. The main floor and kitchen were spacious. It was super nice to have a washer/dryer in our condo. Any amenities were just a few minutes walk into downtown Ketchum. Located right next to "Baldy" (Bald Mountain). It was just a few minute walk to Big Wood River to fly fish. Great location! Well maintained property. We will be back!

I have stayed in 2 separate units using Michael's Vacation Rentals; one for an extended stay (a few months over the summer) and the other last week while visiting for Christmas.
Both stays were exceptional. Michael himself us just an all around awesome guy! The units are clean, spacious, stocked with everything you might need as far as cooking/cleaning/reading, etc. They provide detailed information for anything you would want to know (fireplace operations, restaurant guide, tv operation, times for snow plowing, hottub hours, etc.).
