Services
It is our mission to enhance the quality of life for each resident through personalized attention and care. We believe in preserving dignity through personal choice, respect and understanding in a comfortable and welcoming environment that brings joy and fulfillment for those that live and work at Our Lady of Hope.
Our team is co-chaired by Connie Salinas and Annemarie Neville. Registration is required for adults and children. Participants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a free Walk t-shirt (money must be raised at least four weeks prior to the event in order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day).
The spacious assisted living apartments of Our Lady of Hope provide maintenance-free living, choice, and style. There are five assisted living floor plan options from which to choose, including two apartment styles that can be found in the newest wing of our building. Each floor plan features a kitchenette, oversized bathroom, several large closets, nurse-call system, and individually-controlled heating and air conditioning.
Convenience, privacy, and fun are all features of life at Our Lady of Hope. Although we are conveniently located off of North Gayton Road near Short Pump Mall and all of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, we are also close to neighborhoods and schools. Our campus backs up to a meadow and features delightful walking paths, scenic gardens, and lovely courtyards.
Delicious, nutritious, and delightful all describe the dining experience at Our Lady of Hope. Our chef and experienced culinary team are focused on creating a variety of menu options that appeal to different tastes and appetites. Every day they are proud to showcase their homemade favorites that are made with local produce, meats, and seafood.

We have a family member here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. There's a good assortment of a services and amenities at the home. They have a salon and a church on premise. Good location not far from most shopping location, and have trips that they'll take that for weekly shopping.

I have witnessed this facility to look quite presentable especially during visitor hours and the time of State health inspections however due to the incompetence of the Administratiive Staff, Paul Long, and the Director of Nursing , Malika Johnson I would certainly give no recommendations to place my loved ones there not even my pets. They do not follow CDC Covid-19 guidelines nor Virginia State Health Department rules & regulations concerning Covid-19 which has caused numerous Nursing Staff members and residential patients to contract this virus and spread it to other family and friends. My mother moved into one of the apartments 13 months ago. She was welcomed by the OLOH community and is quite happy there. Jenna’s patience and guidance helped my mom make the transition, which gave us great comfort in knowing she made the right decision to move into OLOH. I would happily recommend OLOH.

I can say that the care at Our Lady of Hope is stellar. There is no such thing as a perfect nursing home/ALF but it sure come close. The nurses are compassionate and knowledgeable and it is amazing to me that either the medical director or the PA is in the building Monday thru Friday.
The building is kept very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for long term care, assisted living and for memory care.

We are most appreciative of the care our mother has received from Our Lady of Hope and the relationships that she's developed. She has been a resident in Assisted Living for 28 months. The staff is observant of her needs and available to help as she needs it. We have established an open line of communication and look forward to a time when we can all gather again and enjoy their hospitality.

Three years ago I found Our Lady of Hope by web search. My opinion of the facility today is better than my initial impression upon walking in the door in March of 2017. The staff is amazing, the care is outstanding. I fully believe my mom is alive today because of the care she has received since becoming a resident. COVID has been a non-issue and they have made multiple accommodations to allow "connections" to continue during the pandemic. If you want the peace of mind of knowing that your loved one is being cared for don't think twice about OLOH.

I consider myself lucky to be able to work in such a great place like OLOH!! I have never felt more like part of a family in a work environment and I have witnessed first hand how compassionate and dedicated our staff is to all of our patients and residents. I would never hesitate on sending a loved one to this wonderful place.

My mom has been back and forth between the Nursing Center and Assisted Living sections of OLOH over the last 8 months, and my family and I are very happy with the care she receives on a daily basis. The ENTIRE staff is responsive and works hard to make sure she is healthy as well as happy (despite dealing with all the COVID restrictions). From what we've seen, the staff works together as a team to ensure the residents are cared for and have what they need.

My mother has been at Our Lady of Hope for over a year now - first in Rehab and now in Assisted Living. She is 102, and I would not want her anywhere else. All of the staff works well together, with the residents, and with the families. Mom has received great care and compassion, and Our Lady of Hope has always kept me informed of changes in her condition, care instructions, and anything else relevant to her experience in the facility. They have been AMAZING during this COVID-19 pandemic to keep everyone well and well informed.
