We had the pleasure of working with Tracy during the recent sale of my father-in-law's home. In EVERY way, Tracy went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor. She helped with arranging for trees to be cut, with flowers being planted, with bathrooms being redone, with new lighting and painting and staging. Tracy was fantastic at helping me get my home on the market quickly. She was a tremendous resource, scheduling painters and a handyman to get the house prepped, bringing in a stager and full marketing campaign within a week. She was a whirlwind!
