I was lucky enough to meet Tom Rowland soon after branching out and starting my own business. I own a petite graphic design and advertising studio. Being completely new to owning a business, Tom advised me on the things I needed to do to make my business legitimate with the government. I highly advise that you go elsewhere IMMEDIATELY prior to working with this company. They are far from an "accounting firm" Deb that works here does not understand that overtime is accumulated on a weekly basis. She thought overtime was only paid if someone goes over 80 hours in two weeks. This is very basic accounting skills and very illegal to short someone on their paycheck. She argued tooth and nail about this and refused to accept the fact that she was wrong. They have a reputation around the community of putting themselves first not the customer.
