Great location in Cedar Falls! Super friendly service and I appreciate that they will button my collar and left sleeve since I have difficulty doing this with only one arm!

I do not recommend using Varsity Cleaners. They lost my wedding dress and gave me someone else's wedding dress. I had to call them every day for 5 days before they finally found my dress. I understand things happen, but their lackadaisical response and the fact that every day when I called, I had to re-inform them that they had given me the wrong dress, was very discouraging. And after those 5 days (when they found my dress) they still had not figured out whose wedding dress they had originally given me.

Only giving 1 star just so I can post this review.
Pretty disappointed and downright upset at how my precious wedding dress was preserved and boxed. $3500 dress and it’s crumpled and very messy looking in this box. I’m going to open it to make sure nothing else is damaged that I cannot see. Will not be going back....what a waste of $150.

We had my wife wedding dress dry cleaned in 2017 seem like they did alright job it sealed in a box so kind of trust them doing it right.

Please look at the picture and decide if you want to use their service. I gave a white shirt and got much dirtier shirt back :( Unbelievably poor service! I'm in a time crunch and have to use a different shirt and suit due to them.
