I am not happy with the support from this company in India and also the dealer is just interested in sold machine there is no any enginneer In India to know the machine and my machine is not working from 3 month and surprise is the machine is under warranty but they ask for the charge to repair, i am also agree to pay for new machine charge but they not interested in support to customer and my machine is still not working and just block my factory space as scrap
