Pat is the sweetest! We felt totally welcome, safe and had a great experience! The campground is simple, quiet and pretty! Bath house is clean! Wifi is amazing! We will definitely be back!

I am appalled by this comment which has not one word of truth in it. Mr came to me begging for help even though we were full I made arrangements to help. Mr continue to ask me for gas money so they could make a trip to Arkansas. They had no monies and no way to pay for their stay. He did say he wanted to be long term once he received his disability check. He went from having one child to several family members some being young adults. I agreed to one night free stay and they were to leave the first thing in the AM. They refused to leave the next day and I did say

We just got home from staying at this RV park for 4 nights..It was awesome! The owners even came out and offered us fire starter to help start our camp fire..Our site had SO MUCH space too, which was great..The bath house was very clean and spacious as well..Overall, very satisfied and we will definitely be back..Thank you, Pat!

My son is living in a camper temporarily as he's working in the area. He's young and the owner is very sweet to check on him and offer help as needed. As I'm 3.5 hours away I appreciate it!

This is in response to negative review from Des Johnston. Des and her husband, Patrick Johnston, were escorted from my business by law enforcement over a domestic dispute. The law was called by Des parents for her safety.
I think this review was not placed by her as her phone was taken by her husband, Patrick Johnston.
Guests are made aware of our rules and policies, including refunds, at check in time.

I have Never stayed here. I drive by it almost everyday so Google maps likes to ask me questions about the park. I accidentally hit a one star and it posted. They sent me a email asking me about why I rated them a one when I have never stayed there. I don't know how to remove it so here is a 5 star for them instead. Looks nice from the highway but have NEVER stayed there.

My wife and I chose to make Pat and J's rv park our temp home while my job had me stationed in cassville. Lived every minute! The landscape is beautiful and plants and trees just breath taking. 30 amp. And 50 amp sites. WiFi. Plus. A nice shower house with heat and very clean.

Quiet place to hook up, super nice and helpful owners ! Beautiful state park with tons of hiking trails within a very few minutes. Brand new bath house is spectacular and such a great price ! Thanks for the lovely stay !

I was only there on business so idk anything from a customer pov but the guy for whom we worked was very nice and the park itself was clean & well kept. The neighbors were quiet & kept to themselves. The location is 20-25 minutes from Eagle Rock & Shell knob & about 6 or 7 minutes from Roaring River State Park. You should check it out!!

Worst experience in all of Cassville. If you are looking for a quite family park this is not the place for you. The owner was cussing in front of our children, reeked of alcohol and advertised he had WiFi but would not let the kids use it. He threatened to call the sheriff because I informed him that I was going to write a review on him and then told us to leave his property all because I felt it important to warn others of his behavior. Our spot had no sewer no water and he still charged more than any of the RV parks in the area which are all much nicer. I highly recommend if you need a place
