I’ve worn hearing aids for 30 years. I’m not impressed by nice buildings or offices. Competence and service impress me. Dr. Roy’s building has seen better days. Dr. Roy is the real deal. I called this morning as my hearing aids finally died. He saw me the same day, reset the Bluetooth on one hearing aid and replaced both amplifiers. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my hearing aids are like new. He didn’t try to sell me anything. He was super helpful and clearly an excellent audiologist. I recommend him highly.

My 91 year old father wanted to surprise his wife of 66 years with a spontaneous decision to get a set of hearing aids. Outstanding customer service and Mr. Roy Kamisato is extremely knowledgeable and treated my 74 yrs old dad with kindness ...we've been to couple other places for my dad's hearing aids but none made my dad's hearing better ...yet just made him more frustrated ...so we are very thankful for Mr. Roy and Alpha Hearing Aid Service, Inc. for helping my father to hear normally again and my dad is one happy cusromer ...and Mr. Roy's prices are by far the best and affordable for much better high quality devices compared to the other places we've had to pay high prices for low quality devices ...so highly

I was diagnosed with severe hearing loss a few years ago; it was a devastating time for me. I was only in my thirties and my hearing loss had profound effects on my social and professional life. Fortunately, a good friend recommended Roy Kamisato at Aloha Hearing Aid Service! I has purchased a pair of hearing aids from Costco, they were okay but really weren't strong enough. When I visited Roy in February 2013, his expertise and care helped me find a much better fit. Roy continues to call for maintenance checkups and was always available if I had any issues or questions about the hearing aids

Roy Kamisato is a true professional. He devotes the utmost care and consideration to his clients. He treats my 90-yr.old mother-in-law with humor, respect, and competent attention to detail. Yes, his office is not the most stylish and is not located in a toney part of town, but what most matters is how well does he provide for the needs of his clients. And he excels in both service and results. I now also rely on him to take care of my own hearing aid needs. I will continue to take our family hearing issues to him and without reservations recommend Aloha Hearing to anyone needing hearing help.
