Ryan and team delivered the best customer experience we have ever received from an auto shop. We were rolling through Tucson with our kids and travel trailer a couple days before thanks giving when we broke a leaf spring on our truck. Ryan had the correct spring in stock and was able to squeeze us in for a same day install, the day before thanksgiving! The craftsmanship and customer experience they delivered was so great we would consider driving all the way back to Tucson [in the winter ;)] for future suspension work.

Arizona Spring Company was recommended by a local Automotive Repair shop for classic car suspension work.
Arizona Spring Co. did an excellent suspension repair/upgrade on our 1957 Ford. They were able to purchase and install the parts at about the same cost of the parts alone at on-line obsolete Ford part houses, and Arizona Spring Co. turned the project around within 24 hours.
I will highly recommend Arizona Spring Co. when at the many classic car events I attend.

After braking a leaf spring shackle on my toy hauler I went to AZ Spring Co to get tht parts to rebuild and upgrade my trailer suspension. Ryan and his team were knowledgeable on the parts I needed and didn't up sell me on any parts I didn't need.
I replaced all my leaf springs, ubolts, heavy duty shackles ad shocks. Rolls down the road better then it did 15 years ago when the trailer was built.
Local prices were reasonable even with inflated metal prices right now. Happy to support a local shop and not Amazon!

Honest dealing in hard times. I ordered an in-bed fuel tank for a pickup I use almost exclusively to haul travel trailers fairly long distances back in Feb or Mar. Back then I was told that things were busy (which is good in this economy) and that I'd have to wait until May. May came and went, and I got a communication basically saying that shipping was delayed due to production issues and hoped that I wouldn't be too upset. Heck no I'm not upset. With everything else going to heck in a handbasket this past year and change, I can totally understand and the communication on the subject is what sets

I’ve been here in the past a few times and the service was top notch. Ivan who use to be here took great care of customers. I went in for an Air Lift air bag replacements and was quoted a price on the low end using the existing air lines.
When i went to pick up the vehicle i was charged a much higher price and when i asked regarding the change in price, a guy comes out of the back office whom i assumed was the manager upset that i was asking. He said it took them more time to do the install then what the job called for, but couldn’t explain specifically why. At the price they charged they

Absolutely must use this local business for all your truck and trailer needs.
They do great work, at a fair price and in a reasonable amount of time.
I have been a customer for about 4 years now and have never felt like they "over sold" a repair. Ryan always calls with an accurate estimate of costs, and discusses what repairs are critical and which are optional/recommended. Never being pushy or rude if I decline a service.

I have to say Arizona Spring Company is a top notch place.
I brought my 370Z into them (they usually work on trucks and such) to get my Air Lift air suspension looked at. I was having problems with it because the original installer was lazy and only cared about money.
Anyway, they went over my system and found what was wrong and fixed it. They documented everything for me and told me exactly what they found and what they did to fix it.
I couldn't have brought my car into a better place. They were very professional and seem to know everything there is to know about suspension systems.

We took our Lance travel trailer with dual axles to Arizona Spring for an alignment because the tires in the rear axles were wearing on the outside. We received a call from them stating that both axles needed alignment and it would be $700!! We elected not to have it done and picked up the trailer. They charged us $65 just to tell us why we had brought the trailer to them in the first place. After doing a bit of research, these are torsion axles that CAN'T be aligned. They know that torsion bar axles can't be aligned. If we had elected to have it done, we would have been out $700
