Please pay close attention to the instructions to register your device so it can be replaced by Respironics. Philips Respironics announced a voluntary recall for Continuous and Non-Continuous Ventilators (certain CPAP, BiLevel PAP and Ventilator Devices) due to two issues related to the polyester-based polyurethane (PE-PUR) sound abatement foam used in these devices.

I received a phone call to set up my initial app. I told the person what time I would like to try and get. The 1st Date on Mon did not work for me. She then told me everything for rest of week was booked. I said ok what about the following week? There was silence and a male came on the line and was said how can I help you or something to that effect. I preceded to politely tell him it was rude to put customer on hold or switch them over and not inform them. He said it was his idea to switch over because he does the appointments totally ignoring the issue. I received a " Pleaeasse can we not do

Staff was rude to my wife and had a “matter-of-factly” attitude. We asked for help finding one piece of a CPAP mask and they promptly informed us that it should be obvious they did not carry parts for all CPAP masks because it would necessitate a much larger storefront.
Hah, ok.

Visited office on Tuesday and front desk person stated the person who does the setup would call me the next business day which was Wednesday. Today is Thursday and no one has made an attempt to contact me. I called back myself to see if I could speak with someone, but no answer.

I called to ask about a relacement chair .person.answering the phone was barely courteous.she did answer my questions and almost slammed the phone down.
