The Ballet Arts "All Stars" Company was established in 1993 under the direction of Alecia LaKernick with the encouragement of Matilda Roberson Seifert. The first company consisted of a dozen dancers, with one company instructor. Today, there are more than three dozen company dancers, within four company levels, taking classes under six company instructors.
We wish Matilda could still be with us today to see the effect her inspiration had on us. I know that she would be so proud of all that our dancers have accomplished.

Services
Ballet Arts has been an active center for dance education since its inception in 1992. Conveniently located in downtown Henderson, Ballet Arts proudly offers classes in three state of the art studios within its historic facility. All classrooms have professional Marley dance flooring, quality sound systems and parent observation areas.
Throughout the history of the studio, our students have been privileged to have the opportunity to study under many professional dancers and teachers. These professional instructors have taught guest classes and workshops at Ballet Arts to help our students further develop their dance technique.

Some of our dancers were treated to a great performance by the New York Theatre Ballet at VGCC. Thank you to the Henderson Community Concert Association for allowing our dancers to attend! Congratulations to Ballet Arts alum Lynnita H! Her college dance team won 5th Place Overall at Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida!

I've been on staff for five years and they treat their staff, students, and parents like family. The studio is family owned and they always have over a dozen top notch qualified teachers on staff. They have all styles of dance (ballet, tap, jazz, clogging, baton, acro, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, etc.) and all levels!
