Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service. Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. Our commitment to you is to continue to offer our world class service and a state of the art veterinary facility.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Dr. Kerri Schwartz, is a small animal veterinarian from Montgomery, TX. In her spare time, Dr. Schwartz enjoys traveling, boating, camping, and during the fall, going to Aggie football games. Ashley Kotinek, DVM was born in Austin, Texas where she grew up with 3 sisters and many animals. Although she lived in the city, she was always surrounded with many furry friends who helped to form her passion for veterinary medicine.
Christina has greeted clients at SHAH with a friendly word and a smile since August of 2005. Christina always goes the extra mile to help in any area of the hospital where she may be needed. Fondly referred to as "Schmo" by her SHAH family, she is a pivotal member of our team. Gera (aka Grr or Grrty) started in 2004.

I am willing to leave a bad review every single day. I brought my dog in to have a ripped nail fixed and for them to trim the other nails. The vet techs declared that they wouldn’t cut her nails because it was stressing her out too much.
That is extremely unprofessional.
I brought her in for them to do it because I can’t do it by myself. And they wouldn’t even do it.

Top notch staff and Dr. Henry is amazing. Her and her complete staff were a comfort to us as we had to let our fur baby go. They also treated our emergency situation with no hesitation. They called the next day to check on us and see how our other fur baby was doing. Highly recommend this professional team!

Spring Hill is one of the best vets I’ve been too! I take my 2 cats Izzy and Penelope there and they have received the best care. I trust the vets with everything. My cats are well taken care of and I am blessed to have such amazing doctors. Dr.K and Dr.Henry are great at what they do and I couldn’t leave my pets in better hands. I brought my 1 month old kitten there to get her leg amputated and they kept me updated every step of the way and I wasn’t worried one bit. She is now 7 months old and living her best life!
