Kevin Craig is the most responsive and professional business person I have ever encountered. My clients often comment on how competent and responsive he is. If I ask him for a certificate of coverage at 8am, I usually have it in my inbox within the hour. There have been times that I have sent him a request while he is out of the office, or on vacation, and I still receive the same level of service, as if he was in the office.
As a business owner, I have a true appreciation for the level of service that this agency provides. Unfortunately, people like this are now a rare exception in this world
