My family and I have tried DLMC a few times, received some horrible service on some occasions, good service on other occasions. But EVERY time we have used their facility, their billing department intentionally codes so that our insurance will not pay. They apparently do this to get the full amount from us instead of the partial payments that insurance companies pay. I’ve spoken with the billing department multiple times and they refuse to alter their policies. They expressed that they did this intentionally. I would not recommend doing business with this facility.

Diagnosed with COVID pneumonia, I was referred for monoclonal antibody infusion. The Butte clinic was closed, so I was referred to Deer Lodge. The outpatient clinic said I'd simplify things by just going to the ER. They got me right in and treated me right away. Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable. Haley and Korena, the nurses, were awesome. I was amazed that little bitty Deer Lodge would have antibody treatment at the ER but Butte doesn't.

I hurt myself the day before at while on a trip. We stayed at the RV park across the street, and it was a sort drive over.
Covid being "back again" and more active, they met us at the door and supplied masks. ( I went to the ER)
Check in was quick and there was good communication the whole time.
The nice lady who checked us in was very vigilant about wiping ALL of the surfaces, door handles, door buttons, everything.
The staff in the ER were very friendly and efficient. I got x-rays, then was very relieved when they let me know I was gonna be "okay" 😉.

Set my appointment up several weeks ago as Dr Johnson was my last hope for help, when they made the appointment they were so caring and compassionate and understood I was DESPERATE. They called on Thursday and cancelled my appointment suddenly stating they were not accepting new patients, even though I begged, there was a complete change of attitude, completely cold this time, my heart is broken 💔 I don't understand why you aren't committed to the appointments you made, there are people behind those decisions ☹️

I had an epidural shot at the deerlodge hospital a few months ago. Very professional staff. I didn't have to wait long for appointment. Was treated by everyone with respect and courtesy. Thankyou to the dr, nurses and all staff. All of you did a wonderful job. I traveled from out of town 1 hour away to have this done. I could have had done at my local hospital. But wait time to get in was longer. I chose this hospital instead. If I ever need any future procedures done in future and I get option of this hospital otnr my local hospital, by far I would choose this one. And would be willing to travel

The nurses and clerks are super sweet and very caring. They make sure your needs are met and that you’re well taken care of. They made feel like I had been going there my whole life! They were also very patient with contacting my doctors in Oklahoma for allergy shots. My doctor was attentive to my medical needs and concerns. She made me feel welcomed, believed, and understood. The staff is understanding and efficient. Never was waiting too long. Highly recommend this clinic.

Of course it had to be on a Friday evening. That or a weekend seems to be my pattern. To my pleasant surprise, I found a well staffed evening shift who wasted no time checking me in and getting someone to look at me.
Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was friendly, courteous, and professional. I believe that the diagnosis and treatment was accurate and well reasoned. I have nothing but praise for this fine group of people

My mother went in on an emergency and I was 2000+ miles away. The head nurse Barbara was as professional as could be as well as reassuring and kind hearted. It gave me peace to know she was being treated with great kindness. Thank you to the medical staff for your good works and kindness. God Bless all!

I took my son to the Emergency Room twice on Saturday, August 1st. He had had a fever for 13 days (had been in several times in Helena already) and recently it began to spike; thought it would be good to have him checked out by a doctor after his morning temperature of 103.5. We were sent home (it's a virus) and told to come back only if temperature is over 105; no diagnostic tests were completed. Well, his fever spiked to 105.6 and we rushed back in. I felt absolutely degraded by the medical staff for returning. A UA and Strep test were negative and I was sent home with instruction to come back
