Bob was our Tow specialist.
He was very prompt at arriving to my location to pick up my car. He was very very professional and courteous. He arrived in a beautiful tow vehicle, it was a clean state of the art flat bed.
I liked how he inspected my vehicle for any damages and photographed it, BEFORE he loaded it. He handled the car with care as he put it on the trailer. He confirmed the name and address of where the vehicle was to be delivered.
The car he was delivering was an old classic Corvette, we felt reassured that Bob would take car is this care. We knew it was in good hands!

I give this company 4 stars because the tow trucker guy was really nice and did a great job in ETA and getting my car home(and I really appreciate it because it was raining) However, the dispatcher for this company is rude and she needs to take customer service classes ASAP.
This company is contracted through my Triple A so it definitely wasn't my choice.

Had Javier tow my car to Rotolo Chevrolet. He arrived about 20mins after dispatch took the call. I was concerned because the power steering gave out and there was no power but surprisingly he started my car on the very first try!!!!!!! The car drove and everything, 3 different people had already tried to atleast start it but had no luck. When we arrived at the dealer I didn't even know how to explain to them that the car was running now since I had made the appointment because the car WASN'T running. Left it for a diagnosic but am very glad and thankful Javier got it running and safely
