The service here is subpar. I brought four items here. One being cloth pants with a leather stripe down the pant leg. In two weeks when I went to pick up my items I was told they could not clean the leather pants. This is the first time I've been told this and I've dry-cleaned these pants over 15 times at various dry-cleaners.
I asked the woman if they had my telephone number and she stated yes. Then I asked why they didn't inform me after two weeks that they could not complete my order. She stated that they were waiting for me.
I think this is very poor customer service and I will not return
