A lightweight, compact and versatile bolt tensioner suited for applications where the bolted joint has a minimum of one stud diameter thread length exposed above the nut. Operates at a maximum pressure of 21,750 psi and utilizes high strength alloy steel components for long lasting performance. The lightest weight and smallest overall diameter of bolt tensioners in its class.
Designed to reduce assembly time while increasing safety when dealing with misaligned casing bolt holes, performing the function of casing dowels. Our Hydraulically Fitted Coupling Bolts (Radial Fit Bolt) consist of a tapered bolt with a tapered sleeve and two cylindrical nuts and are designed replace standard coupling bolts.
An efficient, compact and portable high-pressure system that provides instant and reliable hydraulic power. Used for daisy chaining multiple tensioners or applications that require a high volume of hydraulic fluid. Typically used in situations where the required volume of hydraulic fluid is minimal.
In turbomachinery applications, flexible diaphragm couplings are used to transmit torque from one shaft to another. The design consists of at least one metallic membrane that is attached to the outside diameter of a drive flange and transfers torque through the diaphragm to the inside diameter attachment point.
