It also includes filing a report in the county health department of your county and sending a copy to you 3-4weeks afterwards.
We do not pump tanks and can provide you some names of septic pumpers in your area who can help or you can choose your own pumpers. This price is for most homes located the area of central Virginia including the town of Bedford Va., Bedford County, Campbell County & Franklin Counties and vicinity.

Plan ahead and call you local AOSE for the soil work and permitting and plans needed of you have not yet got an engineered and approved plan. Over 6000+ Hours excavator experience, with goals to become a septic system installer Foutz will work for you to pump you out, conduct an inspection and fix your septic issue as needed.
We provide service agreements, inspections & we file reports with your county health department. We then reach out to arrange a yearly routine inspection of your AOSS septic systems and provide the report and file it with your county. This helps the home owner AOSS system's meet the state laws and regulations requiring yearly inspection.

Iain Waugh is great to work with. He has inspected our system, helped us with issues, and replaced our electric panel. I joked with him that he is almost like a doctor -- always on call. But, he seems like he is always available if we have a problem (Sunday evenings even!). Also, he typically tries to troubleshoot over the phone for no charge before coming to the house. His prices are reasonable and he always looks for ways to cut costs if possible. Highly recommend.
