When I initially called, the representative I spoke with took the time and energy to walk me through my concerns and walk me through the process of executing my campaign. So he looked at that page (and the second), and suggested ways to reinforce what I hope to show to people when they google me. I learned this was SERP, not SEO, which was new to me.
