Please call before you come over. We are generally in the office every week day, but it does get busy at times and we pop in and out, especially on the weekend. We invite all of our customers to come over to inspect our vehicles. We have a very modern showroom that houses our excellent fleet. We also have plenty of parking.

I am revising my review much more favorably. While the AC did not work properly, the owner Mike Gallant did call & apologized & refunded money. I felt it was a sincere apology & accept it.

I wouldn’t normally do this, since I support local businesses but the owner inferred because all Terri did was post a single star with no comments that there was no basis. This is incorrect, she just didn’t Think it necessary to go into detail. When I read the owners comments & my wife told me of the way he spoke to her, let me set the record straight.

Honestly I wasn’t going to complain about AC not working because the driver was so professional and polite. BUT then I read the owner’s comments on Terri’s review. You are way off base, sir. We were told before we got on the bus that the back AC was not working but the airflow would be better once we were moving. The driver, Scotty, was very professional and apologetic

We used Classic Limo & Sedan Service's park-n-ride feature for a month-long vacation. Our experience was excellent, from the original scheduling to having someone meet us on time at 4:30 a.m. for our 6 a.m. flight to the patience expressed by our driver when our flight into the Tallahassee Airport was delayed by 45-minutes for our pick-up time at the airport. They were excellent in communicating with us via email and text. If you're looking for an alternate place to park your car in lieu of the Tallahassee Airport then we strongly recommend Classic Limo & Sedan Service.

I will NEVER use Classic Limo EVER AGAIN!!! We called over a month before our son's prom reserved a party bus. We even had Classic Limo email us a picture of the party bus inside and outside and we were very satisfied, reserved the black party bus and paid the deposit. The week of our event we called to confirm our reservation and to tell the hours of pickup. On Thursday before prom we were sent a confirmation email listing the time of reservation and a description of a black party prom bus.
