The complex consists of 3 phases, which began construction in 1986, Phase I (units 1-29), Phase II (units 30-87), and phase III (units 88-136).

This is a very lovely, quiet, well-maintained condo community of 136 different size and style townhouses. It has a mile of walking trails with beautiful landscaping everywhere. There is even a grassy are with a gazebo. The community is near hundreds of stores, movie theaters and the highway, yet is always extremely quiet and private.
