I recently sold my home with the assistance of Dylan Darling. Being my first home, I wasn't very knowledgeable regarding the process. He was prompt, professional and very patient with me throughout the entire deal. He is definitely technology savvy, as he had my home on multiple online websites ensuring maximum exposure in different markets (including Portland). He had great recommendations regarding staging and prepping the house for showings. He even spent several hours taking professional-quality photographs for the listing. Dylan is the best real estate agent. He is responded quickly to our questions, would meet us at various times and places to fit us in due to our schedule and his professionalism is outstanding. We simply would not have been able to negotiate buying our house without him. He even continues to check in with us even after moving in. I bought my home in Central Oregon about 4 years ago. I was very impressed with Dylan. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful as I did not know much about Central Oregon.
I was so impressed that when I decided to sell the home in January 2014, I didn't have to think twice & called on Dylan. The home sold very quickly & I would have to say Dylan's pictures & the way in which he presented the home was the reason for that. If you look at other websites & pictures of other homes for sale, it is plain to see that Dylan's presentations are more professional!

After our son and his family chose to move from Oklahoma to Bend, Oregon, we were intrigued about his description of what we found to be a very lovely place and community. Our son recommended we visit with Dylan to view several properties that we could buy so that we could visit at any time. Dylan is a fantastic agent, and I would recommend him to anyone in Bend. He was my agent for buying and selling, and in both instances, he was very communicative, extremely helpful, and above all forthcoming and honest. When selling, I was moving out of state and Dylan went above and beyond what his responsibilities were by helping me put in new fire alarms, checking in on my property regularly, and of course making sure that I got a fair deal. The pictures he took of my house were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I am sure it is one of the main reasons I got two offers in less than 24 hours.

Dylan helped my fiance and I find our new home in Bend, Oregon recently. The housing market had changed drastically in the time we had spent away from Bend, but thankfully Dylan had extensive and up-to-date knowledge about locations, prices, and values in the Bend Real Estate Market. Dylan was extremely forthright about the homes we looked at, and wasn't afraid to give an honest opinion about whether or not the house was a good buy. Our family decided to move to the Bend area. We got lucky enough to get recommended for Dylan as a Realtor. We were beyond happy and impressed with him as a Realtor. Dylan Darling helped us buy a home interstate, which in this market is a hard thing to do. He knows the Bend area and Bend market well and guided us to a neighborhood and home that is well suited to our family--great schools, close to town and the river.
