After some time, I decided to embark on a new career in Real Estate Sales. I obtained my California real estate salesperson license in 2003, then obtained my real estate broker license in 2009, at which point I opened my own real estate company. I am now the CEO and Broker of NextHome Five Diamond Realty and sell real estate full time.

I usually don’t write many reviews but I'm very happy to provide this review. Arsalon is an experienced, knowledgeable, and professional agent. One of the important positives for us when working with Arsalon is that he was always easily accessible to communicate with us via phone, email, and texts to help us as needed. Towards the end of the process of our home purchase process, we ran into some snags with the builder and Arsalon was always there to help us navigate the issues.

I interviewed a total of 8 real estate agents, all with 5 star ratings in Zillow, google, Yelp, etc. We had initially chosen a different agent but the service was not personal, we were treated as just another client, given a number and then sent to talk to multiple people with different functions. At that moment we decided to reconsider our choice and I’m glad we did. This was going to be our first home

Arsalon Badri was a godsend from heaven to earth. SERIOUSLY!! Let me tell you why, he helped us sell and buy a new home, all while my wife was pregnant. Arsalon is a very knowledgeable, patient, industrious agent. He sold my house in only two weekends. He makes himself available to you, his client, at all times of the day. Arsalon is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. He was always available when I needed him. He was knowledgeable about the properties in my area and had a very specific plan for selling my home that worked out excellently. He even paid to have my home staged out of his own pocket. The property was in escrow in 6 days of being on the market and sold for $35,000 over asking. When searching for a new home he was always straightforward with me and gave excellent advice. I would recommend Arsalon to any of my family and friends.
