These are questions our customers ask about the deck building process and we want you to know what to expect from Deck Works. The last I looked there were approximately 95 products that claimed they were "no maintenance". The term "no maintenance" should be phrased more like "less maintenance". Why?
Please watch our video to see what our customers have to say about the Deck Works experience. I met Jason (the owner), when I was getting estimates to replace my deck. He separated himself from the pack, by providing details I never thought of. The other bids were kind of "box cutter" bid work. The deck is my favorite place to chill, Jason and his crew are good, detail oriented workers, good attitudes.

I met Jason and his team at the most recent home show at Penrose. He came over later that next week and instantly caught an attitude because my wife wasn't available. I told him we've been together for over 35 years and think with one voice.
He told me I couldn't expand where I wanted to (which is great since I wanted some talent to look at it all). After 10 minutes, he started walking out promising an estimate. Nothing heard.
I guess my project wasn't worth his time. He could have at least sent me an over the top quote. Very disappointing on all levels.

We recently had our deck replaced by Deck Works. I was a bit skeptical because I thought the price was high and naively thought we could get it done cheaper and still have a good deck. After discussing with my husband, we decided to go ahead and spend the money knowing it was going to be done right.
And they did a beautiful job! We expanded out 2 ft and over 10, moved the stairs and put in a bar on top of the railing for setting food or drinks. We also had a ceiling installed so we can enjoy the underdeck in the rain. The crew was phenomenal. A bunch of professionals that worked hard and paid
