Laura Beck did onsite chair massages for my coworkers and me today, a Christmas present from our boss. She was amazing! I've had a knot in my shoulder since Nov 2010 (the month I started working here, ahem), and she got it out. I prefer a shiatsu or deep tissue style massage to Swedish style, and the former is what Ms. Beck offered. She also did some reflexology on my thumbs, and offered great tips about how to deal with my particular set of knots--where to place my heating pad (lower on my shoulders than what I've been doing), reflexology techniques I might be able to use at home, etc.

A full disclaimer first - I have not been reimbursed for any of my comments here on this site. I came to Pensacola during the first week of July on a job assignment. I had previously injured my neck in April 2017.
