I received my order yesterday and have to say that the auction paddles are awesome! Great value and good job to the people who do the packing! One corner of the box was crushed but the braces inside kept the product safe and unaffected! Just wanted to let you know the spiral notebooks were just delivered and they turned out great, we love them already!
Our Art Department will review your artwork and let you know if it can be used directly or if we will need to "clean it up" for printing. For full color imprints, we prefer Adobe Illustrator based files (.ai or.eps), but any file will work as long as it meets the following requirements. All text and logos should be vector based whenever possible (please convert all text to outlines to avoid font substitutions).

Other online shops I talked to had a process that was going to take over 4 weeks to get me a custom key chain for my company. We ordered some high end pie servers to serve as an invitation "pop-by" for an annual pumpkin pie event. Not only was the engraving of our logo gorgeous but the product itself was exceptional quality and "wow-ed" everyone in the office. Unbelievably rude. I had no issues paying an extra $20 vectorizing fee, but they claim I approved of it... which I hadn't, and when I asked to see my approval, Jon claimed I seemed like a pain in the butt and he would rather refund the entire order than do business with me. I wish I would have checked on Google reviews before initiating business, the rudeness is no coincidence. Extremely crummy customer service.
