James & Company, Inc., in Ruston, Louisiana, saw a need for their fellow employees.
They knew their employees would benefit by providing them with low cost loans and interest earned savings. This small group of men, together with T. L. James management, started a credit union and named it JACO Employees' Federal Credit Union. The Board of Directors elected to expand its membership and opened its charter to employees of other companies.

Debbie Brister, our mortgage loan officer, will be able to answer any questions you may have and go over information needed to start the loan process.

If you are no longer employed for a company in our field of membership, you can have your new employer send money to your Jaco account by Direct Deposit.
