Pilates is a system of exercises performed on apparatus designed & created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. The Method allows for exercises to be modified in ranges of difficulty from beginner to advanced, & also based upon the practitioners specific goals and / or limitations.

Thank you for visiting MyBodyPilates.com. More specifically, we are a boutique Pilates studio based on quality movement & creating genuine relationships with our clients. This studio was built with the "mover" in mind.

All of my life, I have been an intentional mover: My college degree is in Dance, I spent two years after college graduation working on my Pilates certification in Austin, Texas, and more recently I mentored with Pilates elder, Lolita San Miguel, for two years in West Palm Beach, FL.My philosophy is this: We are ALL movers.

Everyone is a beginner when starting their Pilates journey. It is essential to learn the fundamentals belonging to the Pilates Method. Like many other things, you must learn to walk before you run! Pilates is no different with endless space to grow and progress from the fundamentals. Joseph Pilates believed in order for his method to work, it is required to practice 3 - 4 x / week.
