Only one person working so there was no one was at the front desk as you entered the business. There was no audio on the TV in the waiting room so it allowed everything that was being discussed in the room with the patient to be over heard. The sign on the door said masks were mandatory, however nothing was said to over 3 people who came into the business.

Although I was resistant to getting hear aids, I absolutely love them. Quality of life is better and I'm so pleased to have them. Jean and Karen are wonderful to partner with. They care about you as a person and are willing to work with you in any way to ensure you're getting the best results. I feel so fortunate that I chose Sound Decision.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because I've never been there although they said they had I had been? so I figured I'd put something down I have a hearing deficiency so I'm sure places like this I can definitely help a person out although maybe I should in and get a hearing aid but who the hell would want to do that then out here every word my wife says no thanks I like it like this.
