Services
The Sleep Therapy Program at UnitedCare is always on call for you. You can order CPAP and BiPAP masks and supplies, as well as other services, including consultation. We take a proactive approach for our customers by contacting them regularly about their supply CPAP/BiPAP needs. UnitedCare will provide a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner to instruct and counsel you with your sleep therapy.
A non-invasive ventilator is used to help patients with Pneumonia, COPD, Emphysema, or other lung diseases breath. Non-invasive ventilation is primarily used at night while sleeping or while resting but can also be used throughout the day when breathing becomes difficult. Non-invasive ventilators are designed to be portable and wireless.

In the time I've dealt with them I've never received a complete, on time or correct order. My insurance pays them well for my supplies. I'm supposed to receive them every 3 months, it's now over 5 months and the witch on the phone wants to give me attitude. Watch that mouth miss, I'll contact Medicare and any insurance company I can to have you investigated.

From the beginning it was not good with United Care because it took them a long time to get around to scheduling an appointment for me. When I met with the person who set me up with my CPAP, (I think her name is Heather and don’t know if she still works there) things went well but it all went downhill from there. I use the Airtouch f20 cushion and it’s not washable so it’s to be replaced every month. I understand that I was to request the cushion every month if I wanted a new one, which I did and still didn’t receive it. I was told that I didn’t receive it because I was not eligible for

Conducting business with this provider is very frustrating. I just contacted the office via their internet contact form for the 3rd time since spring. I received a call that I took with some difficulty but I expected it was the automated system and it was. I say some difficulty because several factors over time have leant to a heightened anxiety when answering the phone. I know how that sounds and dislike the experience but that's just what it is...I've explained that to UC but after the first two attempts requesting contact by email, I've received none. United CARE LLC offers medical supplies. For me it's supplies for my CPAP machine. The staff is friendly and are accessible. Why the 3 star rating? I have a hard time getting the correct supplies to my correct address. I have been working on this since the end of January and as of today, April 4, 2018, I still don't have my supplies. Unfortunately I have had the same issue with Lincare another provider in my area. Good luck! Update, shortly after I posted this review I did receive the correct supplies at the correct address.

They don’t order your supplies when you call them. This has happened twice to me now. I placed my order 2 weeks ago still hadn’t received it on Monday nor on Tuesday so I called and spoke to a gentleman who assured me it would be ordered and someone would call me. Well nobody called. I went to the doc yesterday and he sent a text message to someone at the company to get my order sent to me. We’ll see how well that works! Well after getting the doc involved I did get my supplies.
