They could get me the international flat rate price tjat usps quoted and had me send the package through ups. Even though I filled out the customs stuff with the staff there, it never got sent properly to ups so I then had to spend time figuring out how to fill out a commercial invoice with ups and my package got delayed. Next time I will just deal directly with usps myself.

Went into get a doc notarized and then FEDEX overnight early morning the same doc.
All went smooth and they are competent and courteous.
The FEDEX rates are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than those I enjoy with my account, but in a pinch, you can overlook it.
I will be preparing/paying my fees and just dropping off from now on.
