Services
We will NOT tolerate any disorderly conduct, substance abuse, underage drinking, etc. Anyone asked to leave for breaking rules or other reasons will not be given a refund. Children must be supervised by an adult. The person renting the RV Site assumes all responsibility of children, visitors, and family members and must ensure they abide by the rules.

This camp ground is safe and convenient to interstate just South HWY 71 in full view. The park is recovering from the last hurricane took hard hit trees. Very accommodating. Open, clean. Sites level with extra long concrete strips. Stayed a couple months and managers so sweet also active in community service. A much needed resource. My power connection checked out for modern update using surg protector. My rig 38 ft with lots room to spare and no problem with extra vehicles. Quiet and friendly with plenty places to walk dog without pet restrict ions. Clean restrooms and laundry. Expect continued

This place is horrible!! They rent RVs for $1000 a month that have leaks and mold growing. Disgusting!! May be ok if you pull in your own RV. There is nothing the to do. No pool. No clubhouse. NOTHING. It's just an open RV park with nothing but overcharge people for something I wouldn't put my dog in....

We stayed here during memorial day when there was nowhere else to stay this is a nice quit park it has wifi and sewer and electric hook up it doesnt have amenities but was a good price and friendlt service its just miles from the creeks and beaches we absolutely will stay again a very nice quit place

The owner, Charlene, went way out of her way to make sure we were comfortable for our overnight stay. She was concerned that my 9-year old would need to let out his energy after so many hours in the car. She really treated us like family from the instant we met her! I want to stay here every time we pass through the Florida panhandle!

I stopped in for a one night stay in my 40' motorhome. The park generally has two areas: one for the overnighters, and one for the more permanently parked, older trailers. You'll like the park if you like a pretty setting of grass and trees and want an easy pull thru site with full hookups. You won't like it if you need a decent internet connection (I measured less than 0.5 mbs download and much less than 0.5 mps upload, which generally made it a useless connection) or if you're offended by the older trailers that serve as long term housing for the residents.
