Using HealthPlanFinder didn't answer all my questions when thinking about changing my individual plan. I was impressed that even during this busy open enrollment period Roxanne squeezed me in to give me a call. She was able to answer every question I had (which I don't think was easy!) in about 15 minutes!! She was also very pleasant to talk with. I was able to find out that I can stick with my current plan and under what circumstances that will change if/when my income situation changes. I learned that this company deals with many insurance providers and I will certainly give Roxanne a call when
