My decision to have The Ward Law Firm assist me in my divorce is a decision I will NEVER regret. I was nervous because my husband is military and when you include the military its a much more complex divorce than any other. There are many laws pertaining to the military that most people don't know about. I was very nervous the day of my court case, we had already exhausted mediation and other options. Do not use David for divorce. I took my ex to mediation with david’s assistance to help modify child support and visitation. After mediation and agreeing on everything David’s office never filed the paperwork! Basically he just walked away with my retainer and while he did the work, nothing was accomplished. Oh and I was military at the time so not able to return to Georgia for a while after all of this.

Passive law firm that takes waste money! So if you want to spend money and get nothing accomplished then this is the firm for you. Was able to do more without em than with em and let’s just say I’ve been going through a divorce with them for a year with no light at the end of the tunnel. Without em I am moving closer to finally getting divorce no thanks to them. 👎🏾

David Ward and his team treated me terribly. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with them. From their billing practices to their inability to schedule a simple meeting, their lack of professionalism is unlike anything I have experienced. I have since hired a quality divorce attorney and I am way better off for it. Buyer beware.....

I would highly recommend this firm. Having dealt with larger law firms in the past, this experience has been much different. Each member of the staff is wonderful. Taylor has been quick to answer questions and keep me updated on the status of my case. Meredith is very detail oriented and thorough. Sam was very thoughtful and patient with me going over my paperwork. Dave is knowledgeable & honest, which I really appreciate in an attorney. They all make a difficult process much more pleasant, and I am very grateful!

I would not recommend David Ward to anyone. After a year and a half of retaining him (I deployed and had to hold off on court) then came home to continue with the child support modification. We got every document in place, attended mediation with David and my ex's attorney, came to an agreement and the paperwork was never filed. I missed the court date I was never told about by David who represented me and after months of calls and emails that were not returned because he was "vacationing or too busy" was told by the court I would have to redo all of the paperwork. I live in japan
