We love the product and we would use it forever, but horrible company, specially in its response to Covid-19 lockdowns. We understand the obligation in a contract, we are not asking to break it, we are simply asking you to pause it until businesses reopen. We are in contracts with a lot of other vendors, all of them have been fair and sympathetic in understanding the situation / their clients, ScentAir however wants us to pay to aromatize an empty space! Offered us a meaningless 20% break for just 1 month in May, thanks but no thanks, please be reasonable and let your clients defer their contracts

I work at Fairfield Inn Downtown Salt Lake City. We use ScentAir in our public areas in an effort to create a more pleasant experience for our guests. I love ScentAir's products! Our sales rep Scott S. came out to visit with us and was so helpful! we sampled dozens of fragrances and chose the perfect options for our hotel. He also helped us find the best option for placement of our scent machines and told us about the optional towers they have to house the machine. I am the Community Manager at 50 Front St. Luxury Apartments. Scent Air really works and the scents last longer than they recommend! They also cover unpleasant smells very well. I highly recommend for businesses of all size and now they even offer personal home accounts! My Rep is Dani Ingram is also amazing. ScentAir has been great to work with. They have hundreds of scent selections. The scents they have are very clean smelling, they do not cover up odor, they seem to eliminate odor.
