In 2001 the first West Coast Tire store was established in Fresno with a simple concept: provide the best customer service, best quality, and best value. Thirteen years later, West Coast Tires LLC still keeps the same promise and vision. I was helped by Lorina at the front desk, amazing customer service! I had a nail puncture my back left tire and after explaining to her my situation, she explained my options and that someone would take a look at my car. I was looking to patch it up (temporary solution), but was told that I would need to replace the whole tire by Tony. Tony was awesome and although it is an after-market tire, he found one they had in stock with the same specs so I could be on my way! I am from the Bay Area, but was aboslutely impressed with the overall service that was rendered! Definitely 5 stars! My brother recommended

This was our fist experience in buying rims and tires. We knew what style of rims we were looking for but had no clue what type of tires we would need that would look nice but still offered a smooth ride. Ibrahim was very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and the staff at West Coast. We will definitely be returning customers.

I got my lift and tire set up through West Coast in Fresno a couple of months ago but something didn't feel right and I was getting the run around took it back to them for another alignment since the machine in Madera was down so I had to take it back to Fresno to get an alignment done more than once. They still did not do it right! Went back Madera where I got great customer service from Mark he apologized for what had been happening and had Manny take a look at the truck to make sure it was good. I will definitely be going back to Madera because of them!

I came and purchased tires and rims a few weeks ago. I honestly was very happy with the purchase. I was given a great deal on some great rims and tires. The service was exceptional. While the individuals working there are trying to be helpful and sincere it came at a cost to me. Their actions were reckless and careless. While I Know others that have gone to them several times and never had an issue, I was the one you don't want to be. After using a groupon I didn't want to go to waste for an oil change with this shop, my SUV left with an obvious oil leak you can trail on the road, something any employee would have mentioned and should have noticed before allowing the car to drive off. While this shop said they didn't use crush washers after asking them,

Took my vehicle in & recieved some great customer service from Alex who was knowledgable in what was going on with my car. He quickly told me the issue, how to fix it & some affordable options to make the repair quick & easy. I don't normally have a place I go to but I've been back to West Coast tires 3 times now, which makes it my go to place. I highly recommend any & all of your tire needs this is the place to go! Ask for Alex & you'll have the job done right!

Never come here for any service relating to automobiles. I had them mount a new $1000 set of 20" Dunlop tires on my new wheels for my Audi and they wrecked my tire beads causing the tires to go flat almost daily. When I picked up the car there were paint chips and gouges above the wheel wells of my car and one of my side skirts was smashed in from the floor jacks they used. These guys don't even have lifts. When I brought these issues to their attention they just walked away. I talked to the guy behind the counter and he just stared at me without a response. The tires eventually wore on the sidewalls

This is a late review, but let me tell you, a few months ago I got a synthetic oil change for my vehicle, BEST PRICES in town. Other places were charging me $80 and this place was half the price and they had great customer service!!
They didn't have the particular oil filter for my car, they had it delivered within minutes from an auto shop!! I was out in about 20-30 min tops.... I will definitely be going back for all my oil changes!!

I must say I was taken back by how awesome I was taken care of today. I did not have to wait to be helped. I was given several great options and prices as well. I am happy Madera has a tire shop like this here in town. My business was appreciated, the seating area was clean, and above all the employees were amazing! Professional and personable!!!
