We recently purchased our first property in Miramar Beach, FL. If not for Wendy and her team at Aqua Title, the closing would not have happened. Communication between realtors had fallen apart. Because of Wendy, she was able to open the lines of communication and handled matters professionally and compassionately. She conducted herself as an impartial party--no ego--just experienced communication abilities. We hope that we are able to work with Wendy again in the near future.
