I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain that I was not able to unclog myself (though I put in my best effort). Knowing how much plumbers cost, I was reluctant to call one in, but I called Craig at 7:30am and he was able to come out at 10am.
I find it kind of funny that he did exactly the same thing I did (though with far more heavy duty equipment) and was able to clear the clog in about 30 minutes. He also took the time to inform me how to keep this type of clog (grease buildup from ~60 years of use) from happening in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the service this company provided. Very professional, highly recommend this company. Service tech (Dean) showed up on time and immediately prioritized safety with a mask. In the past I have worked with companies who would try to take advantage of a customer not understanding what was happening, but Craig Heating and Cooling were exceptionally honest and straightforward, they diagnosed that my 30 year old heater was inefficient and not worth spending extra money in parts to repair later and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very glad I found this company. We received quotes from 4-5 other companies for replacing our AC and furnace. They were not only very reasonable but I really appreciated their approach towards educating me on our options and helping us make the best decision.
