Mohs Micrographic Surgery is a specialized, highly effective technique for removing skin cancer. Dr. Frederic Mohs developed this procedure in the 1930s at the University of Wisconsin. The surgery is microscopically controlled and allows for precise and accurate removal of skin cancer tissue.
It is now practiced throughout the world by Mohs-trained surgeons, and it is recognized as the skin cancer treatment with the highest reported cure rate for skin cancer. Many skin cancer treatments are often complicated by the removal of either too much healthy tissue, or too little tissue - leaving behind affected cancerous tissue.

I have loved being a patient here! I always see the PA, Ryan. He is awesome and always super friendly and so is all the other staff. I live in Rexburg, but I don't mind driving to Rigby to be seen in this office. I just recently found out I was pregnant and had some concerns. Because of insurance issues, I can't go in to see them quite yet, but Ryan spoke to me over the phone and answered all my questions! Dermatology of Easter Idaho is a great place to be a patient!!
